Clearlake Completes Acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet

SANTA MONICA, Calif. and JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (together with certain of its affiliates, "Clearlake") announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc. ("Dun & Bradstreet"), a global leader in business decisioning data and analytics. The transaction was previously announced on March 24, 2025, and approved by Dun & Bradstreet stockholders on June 12, 2025.

As a result of the completion of the transaction, Dun & Bradstreet stockholders will receive $9.15 in cash for each share of Dun & Bradstreet common stock that they own. Dun & Bradstreet is now a privately held company, and its stock has ceased trading and will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
