VANCOUVER, March 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- City Office REIT, Inc. (NYSE: CIO) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a first quarter dividend of $0.235, payable on April 17, 2015 to all common stockholders and operating partnership unitholders of record as of the close of business on April 3, 2015.
