Citizens Holding Company Announces Cash Dividend

PHILADELPHIA, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citizens Holding Company (NASDAQ: CIZN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.24 per share payable June 28, 2019, to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2019.

“Today we are announcing our second quarter 2019 dividend of $0.24 per share,” said Greg L. McKee, President and Chief Executive Officer. “This dividend will bring the total dividend for 2019 to $0.48 per share of common stock.”
