Citi Appointed Successor Depositary Bank for Sodexo’s ADR Programme
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by Sodexo S.A. (“Sodexo”), the world leader in quality of life services, as successor depositary bank for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme, which trades in the US over the counter (“OTC”) market under symbol “SDXAY”. The ordinary shares are listed on Euronext Paris and trade under symbol “SW”.
