Citi Appointed Successor Depositary Bank for Kingfisher’s ADR Programme
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by Kingfisher plc (“Kingfisher”), the international home improvement company, as successor depositary bank for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme, which trades on the US OTCQX marketplace under the symbol “KGFHY”. Kingfisher’s ordinary shares are also listed and trade on the London Stock Exchange under symbol “KGF”.
