PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (“Cinemark”) (NYSE: CNK), one of the largest and most influential theatrical exhibition companies in the world, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 10, 2025 to stockholders of record on August 27, 2025.
