Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Declares 458th Regular Quarterly Dividend

EWING, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE: CHD) today reported that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of thirty-three and a half cents ($0.335) per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable September 1, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2015. It is the Company's 458th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
