Chobani Announces Equity Capital Raise to Support Growth and Innovation

NEW BERLIN, N.Y., Oct. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Chobani (the "Company" or "Chobani"), a next-generation food and beverage company, today announced it has raised $650 million equity capital to support its continued growth.

This growth capital, together with the Company's strong operating cash flows, is intended to fund the recently announced plant expansion in Twin Falls, I.D. and new food manufacturing plant in Rome, N.Y.  Additional capacity in Twin Falls is expected to come on line later this year to meet increasing consumer demand for Chobani's products.   

This capital raise marks an important milestone for Chobani.  This commitment from long-term oriented, industry thought leaders underscores strong confidence in Chobani's ability to deliver on its vision of making good food for all and putting its people at the center of everything it does.
