E-mailNAPERVILLE, Ill., Feb. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On February 20, 2017 the Board of Directors of Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. (NYSE MKT, symbol: CVR) declared a regular quarterly dividend of twenty (20) cents per share, payable March 20, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2017.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors also declared an extra dividend of thirty five (35) cents per share, payable March 20, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 3, 2017.
