Caudell joins the
In this new role, Caudell will provide leadership and strategic oversight to the cooperative's legal function, which includes serving as a strategic adviser on a wide range of project related activities. Additionally, he will serve on the company's executive management team.

Caudell earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and his juris doctorate from Mercer University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Georgia.
Caudell was recently honored as the 2024 Countian of the Year by the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Caudell is a past president of Technical College System of Georgia Technical College Directors' Association, a former chair of the North Georgia Technical College Board of Directors and was a member of the Rotary Club of Habersham County for more than 25 years. He and his family attended First Baptist Church of Cornelia.
