- North American Momentum Continued: Revenue in the fourth quarter was slightly less than the record level achieved in Q3 2025, and backlog entering 2026 is nearly double what it was entering 2025.
- India Progress: Revenue was stable sequentially from Q3 2025 and tracked expectations.
- Balance Sheet Progress: Ceragon ended 2025 with
$38.4 million in cash and cash equivalents and a net cash position of$19.4 million , up from a net cash position of$10.1 million at the end of 2024, reflecting improved cash generation and disciplined execution, inclusive of the acquisition of E2E.
