Catalyst Solutions Announces Successful Launch of P3 Implementation Across Four States

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., Aug. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Catalyst Solutions is thrilled to announce the successful go-live of the Professional Health Partners Services (P3) Implementation, which officially launched in May 2025. P3 Health Partners is a population health management organization that supports providers with administrative services and care coordination for Medicare members. This milestone marks a significant achievement in Catalyst's work to help P3 deliver high-quality, efficient service to members across a multi-state footprint.

P3 operates in Arizona, Oregon, Nevada and California, with Catalyst now supporting the organization across Configurations, Claims, and the Provider Call Center. The implementation spans eleven active health plans, serving nearly 68,000 members, with support for a new Medicare plan scheduled to launch soon.
