To complement this growth, Carrot's robust managed fertility clinic network now offers greater flexibility with payments for customers and a more seamless care experience for members.

Key managed network expansions include:

• More high-quality clinics, in more places across the US:
  Carrot members can now access an additional 4,200 clinics and providers across all 50 states. These clinically vetted facilities join an already robust global network of over 17,000 providers that include fertility, menopause, urology, and third-party assistance for donor eggs and sperm. Carrot determines which clinics are invited to join its network based on quality metrics and factors such as outcomes, credentials, geo-access, fair-market pricing, and patient experience.

• Intelligent identification of the highest performing providers:
  By leveraging its fast-growing fertility outcomes dataset, Carrot further stratified the quality of providers within its network to identify the highest-performing clinics. Carrot evaluates providers based on categories including elective single-embryo transfer (eSET) rate, clinical pregnancy rate, live birth rate, and pre-term rate. Through CarrotMatch's dynamic, personalized evaluation, members are consistently connected with the best provider for them, helping improve outcomes, and avoid complications and unnecessary procedures.

• Expanded US payments capabilities:
  Carrot further expanded its payments capabilities with new features that simplify the member experience and give customers more options for plan design. For customers with existing major medical plans, the Carrot Card now includes cost share capabilities, such as coinsurance and copayments. Additionally, in other cases, Carrot can now receive and pay claims directly to providers, eliminating the need for US members to use the Carrot Card or wait for reimbursement.
