Carol Voorhees elected NJM President & CEO

Becomes the first woman and tenth chief executive in the company's 112-year history

WEST TRENTON, N.J., July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of NJM Insurance Group formally approved Carol Voorhees to the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at its meeting on July 25. Voorhees most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. She becomes the first woman and tenth chief executive in the Company's 112-year history.

Carol Voorhees joined NJM in 1996 in the information technology department. She steadily assumed roles of increasing responsibility. Voorhees was instrumental in creating a project management process and led several strategic technology upgrades at the company. In 2018, the Board of Directors elected her to the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer, and she joined the Company's Executive Leadership Team. Voorhees was named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer in 2024.
