SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) today declared a dividend of $1.00 per share, payable on March 3, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2025.
