SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) has declared a dividend of $0.85 per share, payable on June 3, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2024.
