CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on June 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2015.
