Peretz joins Carbyne from Torq, where he served as Head of Artificial Intelligence and Data. Prior to Torq, Peretz worked at IBM and Microsoft as a foundation engineer of Azure IoT & Data Security, where he developed cloud-based threat detection capabilities. Peretz also leads a global community of over 6,000 AI developers as the host of LangTalks, a leading podcast on AI engineering that provides strategic guidance on how to build agentic applications for real production use. Peretz has a master's degree from the Technion, where his thesis was based on generating code from natural language questions.
