HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Trust Managers of Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) (the “Company”) declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $1.05 per share to holders of record as of December 17, 2025 of its Common Shares of Beneficial Interest. The dividend is to be paid on January 16, 2026.
Camden Property Trust, an S&P 500 Company, is a real estate company primarily engaged in the ownership, management, development, redevelopment, acquisition, and construction of multifamily apartment communities. Camden owns and operates 171 properties containing 58,437 apartment homes across the United States. Upon completion of 3 properties currently under development, the Company’s portfolio will increase to 59,599 apartment homes in 174 properties.
