CSS Industries, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CSS Industries, Inc. (NYSE: CSS), a leading consumer products company within the craft, seasonal and celebrations markets, today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of twenty cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on December 15, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2016.

CSS is a consumer products company primarily engaged in the design, manufacture, procurement, distribution and sale of all occasion and seasonal social expression products, principally to mass market retailers.
