CSS Industries, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CSS Industries, Inc. (NYSE: CSS) today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of eighteen cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on September 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2015.

CSS is a consumer products company primarily engaged in the design, manufacture, procurement, distribution and sale of all occasion and seasonal social expression products, principally to mass market retailers.
