CSE Bulletin: Resumption - Canadian GoldCamps Corp. (CAMP)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 9 décembre/December 2025) - Canadian GoldCamps Corp. (Canadian GoldCamps) has announced that, further to its news release dated October 23, 2024, the amended definitive agreement dated October 21, 2024 with F3 Uranium Corp.s wholly-owned subsidiary, F4 Uranium Corp., to earn up to a 70% interest in F4s Murphy Lake Property located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, has been terminated, and the previously announced transaction will not proceed.

Canadian GoldCamps will resume trading effective immediately.
