CSE Bulletin: Delist - Tryp Therapeutics Inc. (TRYP)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 24 avril/April 2024) - Tryp Therapeutics Inc. (the "Issuer") has announced that further to the press release dated February 8, 2024, the shareholders of Exopharm Limited ACN 163 765 991 have approved the previously announced plan of arrangement (the Arrangement) between the parties.

Tryp Therapeutics Inc. will be halted prior to market open on April 29, 2024, pending completion of the arrangement.

The common shares of Tryp Therapeutics Inc. will be delisted from the CSE at market close, May 1, 2024.
