CONE Midstream Increases Quarterly Cash Distribution

CANONSBURG, Pa., July 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of CONE Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of CONE Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CNNX), today announced the declaration of a cash distribution of $0.2922 per unit with respect to the second quarter of 2017.  The distribution will be made on August 14, 2017 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 4, 2017.  The distribution, which equates to an annual rate of $1.1688 per unit, represents an increase of 3.6% over the prior quarter, and an increase of 15.1% over the distribution paid with respect to the second quarter of 2016.
