CON EDISON DECLARES COMMON STOCK DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, July 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) (NYSE: ED) declared a quarterly dividend of 85 cents a share on its common stock, payable September 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of August 13, 2025.

Consolidated Edison, Inc. is one of the nation's largest investor-owned energy-delivery companies, with approximately $15 billion in annual revenues for the year ended December 31, 2024 and $71 billion in assets as of March 31, 2025.
