  Shawn Howard will formally assume the role of President, Non-Attest Core Services. In his new role, Shawn will provide strategic and operational leadership in partnership with Citrin Cooperman's regional teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service, ensuring technical quality, developing staff, and driving regional growth.
  
  
• Mike Sabatini – Managing Partner, Markets & Regions
  Mike Sabatini will move into the role of Managing Partner, Markets & Regions, where he will oversee Citrin Cooperman's geographic operations with an emphasis on regional P&L management.
  
  
• Robena Jafari -- Managing Partner, Tax Services
  Having served as Deputy Tax Practice Leader since January 2025, Robena Jafari will now lead the firmwide Tax Practice. She will be responsible for guiding strategic priorities, advancing technical excellence, and expanding capabilities across all tax service areas. Robena will also focus on fostering collaboration across practices and maintaining the firm's standing as a trusted advisor in an increasingly complex tax landscape.

  Joining Citrin Cooperman on September 16, 2025, Diana Walsh will serve as Deputy Chief Growth Officer, working closely with Ken Kirkland to execute the firm's growth priorities.
