In 2010, Farley reunited with his former business colleague, Tom Beyer, and the two aligned on several national accounts, including Applebee's, On the Border, and UFC Gym, all of which achieved unprecedented PR success.

In 2017, Farley implemented a corporate philanthropy for the largest seller of walk-in tubs in North America, Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company, aptly naming it Safe Step Cares.
