DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF) today reported that its Board of Directors has declared a $1.50 per share dividend on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2015 to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2015.
