CAPIS Acquires the Plan Sponsor Services Business of TD Securities

Strategic acquisition strengthens CAPIS' commission recapture services

DALLAS, May 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Institutional Services, Inc. (CAPIS), announced the recent acquisition from TD Securities of its Plan Sponsor Services business. Effective April 1, 2025, all existing TD Securities commission recapture programs will be administered by CAPIS. With this acquisition, CAPIS further strengthens its ability to provide commission management services to asset owners including pension funds, endowments and foundations, and mutual funds.
