C.H. Robinson Worldwide Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 43 cents ($0.43) per share, payable on March 31, 2016, to shareholders of record on March 4, 2016.

C.H. Robinson has distributed regular dividends for more than twenty-five years. As of February 11, 2016, there were approximately 143,224,255 shares outstanding.
