Business Jet Completes First Starlink Installation on Certification Aircraft

Business Jet installs Starlink on the STC Certification Aircraft for the Embraer Legacy 600 at Dallas facility.

DALLAS, March 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Business Jet recently completed the first Starlink installation on the Embraer Legacy 600 certification aircraft. This milestone marked the first Legacy 600 equipped with Starlink capabilities, further expanding the list of approved aircraft and increasing Starlink accessibility for more owners and operators.

The installation process for the Legacy 600 required minimal structural modifications and followed a similar timeline compared to existing approved aircraft models. Business Jet's team of highly skilled technicians have experience installing Starlink on various aircraft models and recommend scheduling an installation during an annual inspection or another major maintenance event. STCs are currently available for various Gulfstream and Bombardier models, with additional models such as the Challenger 300/350 expected to follow. Business Jet is poised to accommodate any jet that is ready to upgrade their inflight connectivity.
