NEW YORK, April 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.485 per share. The dividend is payable on July 3, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2019.
