Brickburn Funds Announces Completion of Fund Rollover

Brickburn Funds Inc. is pleased to announce that the Dominion Equity Resource Growth Fund has been rolled into the Brickburn Small Cap Class Fund. The transaction was approved by security holders of each of the Dominion Equity Resource Growth Fund and the Brickburn Small Cap Class Fund on April 21, 2015. On April 24, 2015 articles of amendment were filed to authorize (i) the exchange of all of the outstanding shares of each series of the Dominion Equity Resource Growth Fund for shares of the same series of the Brickburn Small Cap Class Fund and (ii) the removal of the shares of the Dominion Equity Resource Growth Fund. The assets and liabilities attributed to the Dominion Equity Resource Growth Fund have been reallocated to the Brickburn Small Cap Class Fund.

As previously announced on January 8, 2015, this transaction will reduce costs for all unit holders and more properly align investor needs with current offerings. The Brickburn Small Cap Fund will continue its current investment strategy and no significant changes in positions and weights are expected.
