Strategic consulting company, Blue Ocean Global Technology, joins forces with Capital Expert Services, LLC, to expand economic analysis and M&A valuation capabilities.

CapEx founding principal Dr. Alexandra R. Lajoux, who was recently named to the NACD 2024 Directorship 100, will retain material equity interest in the company.
