Blue Coat Financial Results Conference Call Scheduled

SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/08/15 -- Blue Coat Systems, Inc., a market leader in enterprise security, today announced it will hold a conference call on December 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm PT to discuss its results for the second quarter of Fiscal 2016. Details on how to access the call will be available in a secure data room that is now available to holders of the 8.375% Senior Notes due 2023 issued by Blue Coat.

Blue Coat Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Blue Coat Systems, is privately held and does not make its financial information available to the public. However, the company is providing access to the secure data room to certain prospective investors in the Notes, security analysts who cover or intend to cover Blue Coat and the Notes and market makers who regularly make or intend to make a market in the Notes.
