Black Hills Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

RAPID CITY, S.D., April 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held April 29, 2019. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2019, will receive $0.505 per share, payable June 1, 2019.

The company also confirms that it will announce its 2019 first quarter earnings after the market closes on Thursday, May 2, and host its first quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Friday, May 3, at 11 a.m. EDT.
