Second quarter earnings call and webcast are Friday, Aug. 4
RAPID CITY, S.D. - July 26, 2017 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held July 26, 2017. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 18, 2017, will receive $0.445 per share, payable on Sept. 1, 2017.
The company also confirms that it will announce its 2017 second quarter earnings after the market closes on Thursday, Aug. 3, and host its 2017 second quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Friday, Aug. 4, at 11 a.m. EDT.
