Third quarter earnings call and webcast are Thursday, Nov. 3
RAPID CITY, S.D. - Oct. 25, 2016 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Oct. 25, 2016. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 17, 2016, will receive $0.42 per share, payable on Dec. 1, 2016.
The company also confirms that it will announce its 2016 third quarter earnings after the market closes on Wednesday, Nov. 2, and host its 2016 third quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. EDT.
