Black Diamond Group Limited Announces January Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/20/16 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on February 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on January 29, 2016. The ex-dividend date is January 27, 2016. This dividend is an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes.
