CALGARY, AB -- (Marketwired) -- 02/18/16 --

Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on March 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on February 29, 2016. The ex-dividend date is February 25, 2016. This dividend is an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes.
