Black Box Expands Partnership with Aspect Software

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aspect Software, a leading award-winning cloud provider of fully-integrated consumer engagement, workforce optimization, and back-office solutions, announced that it is expanding its relationship with Black Box Network Services (NASDAQ: BBOX). This will allow Black Box, a leading technology solutions provider, to expand its cloud contact center offerings to customers around the globe. The growth of the relationship is part of Aspect’s continuing strategy to bolster its channel presence and drive growth in its cloud portfolio.

Black Box will resell Aspect’s contact center solutions Zipwire, CXP and Aspect WFM all delivered through the Aspect Cloud, Aspect’s expansive and patented global data center and telecommunications infrastructure. Black Box will also offer Aspect Hosted, Aspect Unified IP, and the full Aspect Workforce Optimization (WFO) suite. The new offerings deepen Black Box’s solutions portfolio, bolstering its ability to offer the right solution to help organizations achieve the business outcomes they need to remain competitive.
