Berkshire Hathaway Inc. will hold its 2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting on Saturday April 30, 2016. Prior to the formal business meeting, Warren E. Buffett, Berkshire’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Charles T. Munger, Berkshire’s Vice Chairman, will hold a question and answer session that will commence at approximately 9:30 a.m. Central time. During the question and answer session, Mr. Buffett intends to discuss preliminary information regarding Berkshire’s First Quarter 2016 earnings.
