Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty Receives National Honors

Southwestern Pennsylvania real estate company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty, was honored last month at the 2018 national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Convention in San Antonio, Texas.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty was named the #16 company in the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

"It is a tremendous honor for us to be named #16 in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network which boosts nearly 300 other companies with over 1,350 offices," states Ron Croushore, Owner and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. In addition to the company's recognition, top local sales professionals also received awards. Chuck Swidzinski from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty's Butler Regional office was recognized for ranking #48 in sales units out of over 45,000 sales associates nationwide. Scott Ludwick from the Greensburg regional office was named #52 in units and Michael Reed and John Shutey III from the West Regional office were named #74 in units out of over 45,000 sales associates nationwide. Additionally, Barbara Baker from the Mt. Lebanon Regional office was awarded the prestigious 25 Year Legend award presented to sales associates who have obtained a minimum of $750,000 total GCI or 150 residential units for 25 consecutive years.
