Bemis Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

NEENAH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE: BMS) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 31 cents per share. The dividend is payable September 4, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 16, 2018. Bemis has paid an annual dividend on its common stock since 1922. Bemis has been included in Standard & Poor's list of Dividend Aristocrats since 2008.
