Becky Zitella, a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, will oversee MVP's financial operations, accounting, and tax compliance. Becky has previously held leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Millbrook Properties, and brings a wealth of knowledge from her tenure at Walton Street Capital and Deloitte Tax. Her expertise in acquisition structuring, commercial real estate finance, REIT compliance, and tax strategy strengthens MVP's financial leadership.

Sean McKibben joins as an Associate, leveraging his background in financial analysis and real estate investment. Prior to joining MVP, Sean was a Financial Analyst at CBRE, where he underwrote over $600 million in transactions. His experience will play a key role in supporting MVP's investment strategies and valuations.
