(CSE:BATX)(OTCQB: BATXF)(FSE:5YW0, WKN:A41RJF) ("Battery X Metals" or the "Company") an energy transition resource exploration and technology company, announces that Mr. Norman John Campbell has resigned from the Company's board of directors, effective August 21, 2026, as he transitions to a new professional opportunity as a partner in an asset management firm and seeks to avoid potential conflicts associated with his new role.

Following Mr. Campbell's resignation, Battery X Metals' board of directors is comprised of four members, including two independent directors and two non-independent directors.
