BankUnited, Inc. Announces 9 Percent Increase in Quarterly Dividend

MIAMI LAKES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BankUnited, Inc. (NYSE: BKU), (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share, reflecting a 9% increase from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 29, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 14, 2022.
