MIAMI LAKES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BankUnited, Inc. (NYSE: BKU), (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per common share, reflecting an 8% increase from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 28, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 12, 2023.
