TUPELO, Miss., April 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting today, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share. The dividend is payable July 3, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2017.
BancorpSouth earlier reported financial results for the first quarter of 2017. Net income was $38.1 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, and net operating income – excluding MSR – was $36.9 million, or $0.39 per diluted share.
