Bamboo Insurance Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

MIDVALE, Utah, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bamboo Insurance Services, Inc. ("Bamboo Insurance") today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Bamboo has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BMB". 

J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley will act as joint lead bookrunning managers, and Deutsche Bank Securities, Evercore ISI and Wells Fargo Securities will act as active bookrunning managers on the proposed offering.
